From this chart, I want to become a CI-4 in both flaccid and erect states because this was the circumcision I should of had, had the original biblical circumcision been performed on me. Obviously nobody can fit exactly into one category. Milah without Priah. Going any further gives the appearance of uncircumcised. Also the CI-4 is the loosest circumcision that still has the appearance of circumcised in its erect state. Also this type of circumcision would have prevented the persecution of the Jews because it is a camouflaged circumcision. It could easily be a very short foreskin. Obviously when looking at a penis in detail regardless of how much it is restored, you can always find the indicator that makes it circumcised. Absence of the ridged band would be the main way to differentiate a restored circumcised penis from an uncircumcised penis.
