Attached foreskin stretching techniques?

I'm curious of others techniques that worked for them or any general info on working with the foreskin. Years ago there was a point where most of my foreskin was was barley retractable and skin was attached all over my head. Over the years I have managed to tear back a good amount which I will show in pictures. Definitely made a lot major progress. Now I've started to focus on the front of my head more which seems to a little tight and foreskin seems to be the same on each side of the head. I'm not sure if more head is able to be exposed or not. I am wandering if it is possible stretching or gently tearing the skin would help remove some of the skin attached to the front of the head. My mother and father are really religious and the last thing I want to do is mention this to them. (my uncle basically had to beg them not to circumcise me and brothers) other than that religious crap money seems to be an issue at the moment and a general physician seems out of the question because of where I am living at the moment.

Really looking for others help who have knowledge of healthily stretching or working with this attached skin. Any info on why there are two knots or what looks like that on each side under my head would be great. Really confuses me, all the penises ive seen and never seen anyone that has anything like this. My brother used to call me hammerhead penis and it kinda got to me as a kid and really made me wander whats wrong with my penis. It operates just fine no real pain other than mental pain and keeping it together. But in reality getting my penis looking a little bit so called "normal" would be a huge boost in confidence.

Yeah starting to feel like it is quite normal. I have masturbated before and had no issues it seemed. No sex yet. I'm really not sure why but such a tiny aspect of me shuts my confidence down to nothing. But we seem to live in a universe of diversity, nothing is the same why would I be anything like others. I have no issue retracting my foreskin back anymore. It glides back quite easily without effort. I just find my wiener quite different looking from all the boys I've seen in my lifetime. In fact I don't know one boy that ever had anything that looked like mine. For instance my brothers look completely fine then mine makes me uncomfortable to look at so I cant imagine it being attractive to a women :/. Just looks so tight and knot like.. Idk.. I did have an experience with another boy we where having our fun but didn't take long before he called me Chinese wiener boy for what ever that means. I think I know..
