How long does a circumcision take to heal to the point where I can have sex?

This will vary from person to person. 7 days sounds very soon to me. It wasn’t long before I masturbated just by rubbing my glans penis but basically one has to be patient. You don’t want to wreck anything - you have to treat the penis carefully. But it will feel amazing when you do finally have sex. You will most likely need a lube of some sort and others on here know more about lube than I do.

Not yet, there has been a lot of delay for seeing a doctor. I’m going on Monday tho and I have the intention of getting one on the NHS. If they faff around I’m just going to go private!

It really depends on how quickly you heal .. varies from person to person. The usual rough guide is 6 weeks. For me, I could masturbate at 9 days as soon as the stitches were out (quick healer) and sex about 3 weeks to 1 month.

Hi, as the guys have said realistically you're looking at 4 to 6 weeks it all depends on how quickly you heal. I think if you try and start masturbating as soon as you can it helps with the healing but you do have to take things slowly.
