Tight foreskin when erect

I can pull my foreskin back when flaccid easily but when I go erect I can’t pull it back. Help.

Hi Man, you can try the stretching that Nowhard has suggested, you will have to take it slowly you don't want to do any harm by over doing it, it can take a long time for the stretching to work if it doesn't work after some time maybe visit your doctor they could give you some steroid cream which would help with stretching the skin.

That is true what nowhard says about steroid cream it can thin the skin but a short period of steroid cream would be fine. it's not something for long term use, only if things haven't improved after some time stretching you could try it then. it would speed up the stretching process for you. And as he says the more you use it the easier it will get.

Agree with most replies, try stretching and then move onto creams if needed. You should not need surgery.
