Hi Man, you should have it checked with your doctor in case of infection. and you should keep it covered while it is still healing to make sure it is kept clean.
Antiobiotic treatment for 7 days at every 8 hours a pill , by day 4 you will have nothing . Ask your doctor about what type of antiobiotic and start it .
