Unknown rash/spots

This past week several spots have appeared on my genitals, I haven’t had sex in around 2 months and don’t know what this could be

They look like shaving irritation , those happen when you shave your balls too roughly , they usually go away by themselves but help the healing by applying a body lotion on them 7 days , 2 times a day . And of course don’t scratch them , scab them or anything . You are fine .
