Is this normal? I’m worried it won’t heal properly

So as you can see in the photo there’s a big scab on the circumcision line. The stitches are also dried up within it. Should I let it stay how it is or should I try take it off? And does it look fine and healing okay? I’ve noticed there’s raised reddish skin below it

Hi I also had the same kind of lymphoedema but mine was bigger but then the Doctor who had operated me opened the circumcision line again and removed some fatty staff that had filled lymphatic fluid. I am worried because now I can't maintain an erection for long as before and I suspect its because of the staff that was removed. Operation was done in December 22nd last year.Pliz anyone can advise on the remedies.

Needs local antibiotic cream and wound care. Donot pick any scab.

It will heal but take time.
