Tilted penis

I am 20 years old male. When erect I have tilted penis which is facing the wrong way. The reason may be because I got hit in the crotch by accident quite a few times when i was learning martial arts as a teenager. Is it possible to cure it naturally?

I seem to have the same problem, it's tilted towards the bottom, it isn't completely erect. The doctor seemed to have cut the skin off unevenly, or the soft skin still looks a little swollen idk what to believe. It's been 6 weeks since I got circumcised.
