Circumcision loosening on own

Hi there,

I was circumcised when I was 22, 18 years ago. I had what I thought was tightish foreskin and frenulum which ripped a few times. I think was cut moderately little bunching at head when soft.

Lately though over last couple years It seems like foreskin seems to be recovering, I have not been stretch or trying to regrow foreskin. now when flaccid cover a bit more of the head. I have put on some weigh too but not really in the last few years.

Has anyone else noticed that circumcision seems to get looser over time / age.

Not sure this is case. The skin seems looser like foreskin coming back
