White stuff after circumcision

Got another question on my stitches, last like 3 days theres this one stitch that has white stuff in it, quite thick. Everywhere I’ve read says it’s an infection but it also says it should really saw, red, bleeding. I don’t have a fever, doesn’t hurt one bit and the discharge doesn’t smell at all. Like I wouldn’t know anything was wrong with unless I looked, like it’s only a tiny amount of white stuff but every other stitch seems to have closed properly and is starting to form scabs, but there’s just one stitch that is moist and has a tiny bit of white stuff inside the incision line, apparently it’s white blood cells? Or another thing called sough that can effect the healing of the wound. It’s literally just one stitch, everywhere is fine and it hasn’t got worse. And I’m on anti biotics as it is so I highly doubt it can be an infection. And just below were the white stuff is coming from there a small pea size shape right under the stitch/incision line. Not sure what it is?

Having a same problem here my doctor said it is a swelling so I must squeeze my penis everytime after using salt water wash which is painful so I was wondering if the is another way to go through this without squeezing so how are you now has the white swelling disappeared or is it still there?

The white stuffs completely disappeared now, I had salt baths every day then it just started to dry up and just went. So yeah keep doing the salt water and hopefully in the next week it’ll clear up

Another thing how many times a day do you do salt water?

Well I would have baths with Epsom salt in it, once a night. The nurse did say don’t stay in for too long so I would stay in the bath for 15 minutes, not use soap or anything just soak in it, then rinse my penis in the shower with warm water. Should do the trick, just make sure you dry it thoroughly after
