Weird set of symptoms

Hi. I had a sexual encounter with a boy on September 2018. We had unprotected oral sex (penis and anus). After it I had diarrhea for two weeks. It was not a constant diarrhea but only once a day the depositions were very liquid. I got afterwards a change of colour on my dick. I was diagnosed balanitis and Doctor prescribed me an antifungal infection, which didn’t do anything. The second doctor also diagnosed me with it, and it didn’t work either. Then I started having testicular pain and pain in the right knee which makes me quite difficult to walk. Doctors tell me everything is ok. I was also prescribed antibiotics (Doxycicline) for the testicular pain but it didn’t go away either. I am circumcised. Anyone having these symptoms who can help me? I am desperate and I don’t know where to go since I’m having different kinds of pain in different parts of my body.

Having unprotected sex is often a risk, unprotected anal sex is a very big risk. You may have quite easily picked up an infection, but from what you describe, a lot of it may just be you over worrying.

Make sure you take the full coarse of antibiotics.

And always use a condom !

It was only oral sex, but both anus in penis, not anal sex. I was also tested for all the STDs and it came up negative.

I think the answer is use a condom. My partner and I have had unprotected anal sex (including oral anal) for over 30 years and she and I have never had any problems, but maybe we’ve been lucky!
