Adult SEND provisions South West

Hello, I have an adult child with autism and learning difficulties who is currently very involved in a wonderful charity in Staffordshire called Liberty Jamboree for adults between 18 and 35, providing outings, opportunities for holidays, work experience and so much more.

As an extended family, our long term plan is to move south west but we need to locate somewhere where there are things for our adult child to become involved in.

Can anyone recommend a club or SEND provision that would be able to give our adult child friends and something to do?
