I move from England to Wales. I use to live here but wanted to come back. I have autism and a learning difficulty. Back England everything was good. I went mencap club like Monday club I understand. I get Conwy conect groups things that good I in makinton choir! :-) get 7 hours support a week and 3 to help with health appointments.

The problem here my health nots lost I do not understand system even though I get the health checks I do not have updated hospital passport and have to of health issues and was under or referred to consultants. Here I went in hospital when I fell the social worker tryed to get leason nurses involved no one came. I easy walked out and got taxi home. No one bothers I there's no resable ajustments stuff OT was happy for me to go and came with aids. GP at hospital never came all day to let me go.

Then issues with dentist I need one I call so not understand then to be told I had to pay nealy 300 pounds to get to one in a taxi! I still have medical extemt card. And use to get free transport to get teeth out to have sedition but nothing 2 year wait NHS dentist so all emergency through 111 Wales sad. Any advice any bad a issue?
