ok, i thank you all for your answers to my aps andlupus. so now i need help nutritionally. things good for lupus are bad for aps. how do you cope and what kind of diets do you keep? my inr is so messed up because i love greens and they are soo bad for the aps......help me please!!!

Hi again Annette
The trick is not to avoid your greens which contain the vitamin K but to try and have the same amount every day. It's quite difficult but if you get used to having, say, broccoli with one meal, then have spinach the next day and so on. The greens are still very important for your body so please do keep eating them
