diarreah, cramps, shakes, sweats, exhaustion, rash....lupus flare or something else? When to seek help?

Hi Emtsilly, how often are you getting these symptoms and do you get them together? I get the sweats and the exhaustion most days but thats normal for me, I think you need to make a note of when and how often you get each thing at least then if you go to the GP you will have a record to guide him as to whats causing these things.

How long have you been diagnosed? as I think we all learn in time how our bodies re act to certain things and get to know when we are in a flare hope this helps a little

thank you so much for getting back to me. I keep thinking all is getting better then I'm reward with another bout. Thankfully it is half term and I managed a few days away in Morocco last week. I just hope it's ok by next Monday. I was diagnosed 15 months ago and have been really well controlled by meds. Just one flare last year, bad skin, low mood. I feel very fortuate to be pretty well most of the time and have been off steroids for 2 months. I am sure this is probably just a 'bug'.

It is always comforting to know there is support out there, people who know. I do feel guilty to be so fortunate.
