Me, I came to bed at about 8.30 as I was shattered. Woke to take my tablets and on off snoozing till 12.30 ish. Now I am wide awake and its driving me nuts as I know I will pay for it over the next few days. Lol. Helen

Hi, well here i am leaving a comment. Wide awake, just asked a question and waiting to see if any answers come through hey ho! Like you helentad will suffer 2morrow. Done loads of crosswords puzzles etc been on the net for hours and still awake. Gonna watch a film with my son now. Hope you get some sleepZZZZZzzzzzzzzz x

Its a horrible lonely feeling being awake after 2 hours sleep every night, no one to talk too as 'normal' folk are fast asleep, no matter what they give me to make me sleep I still wake up and never get off properly I often have a look on facebook to see if anyone else is awake to talk to but alas no. Tv is the only company I have so I know how you feel, nights are getting longer, sleeeeep is much needed x

Just a suggestion,but have you tried homeopathy? After trying all sorts of prescription medication, all with side effects or totally useless, I made an appointment with a homeopathic doctor, who was also a GP and after 2 nights of use I was sleeping 6 - 8 hours a night, every so often I take a break from them until like the past week I'm in a different time zone, then back I go for more of theses tiny pills.
