As far as I recall,you can get DLA as long as you're under 60 years old.

Re DLA - you can claim up intil 74yrs as if aged 75 yrs or older becomes attendance allowance. The fact that you have a pension does not come into this. Make sure the CAB or Welfare Advisor helps you to complete this form on your behalf. Lulabelle x
