Sunlight - the bane of a lupur - I used to love the sun but now go on holiday covered in factor 50, hat on, long sleeves, long trousers and an umbrella!! - I've long ago stopped thinking about what I look like, luckily my partner is very understanding! hope your flare is not too bad - take care and try to keep well

My Daughter is 15 and recently diagnoised with Lupus, and after the weekend of the good weather and taking every precaution possible - she suffered from really bad nose bleeds all sunday night and Monday !!!!!
