hello anne john

i also was worried about the sun so i thought i would give it ago as i love the summer and gardening,so this week i have walked my dog done the gardening and sat under an umberella in the garden and so far so good.of course i took lots of care by using plenty of sun cream which i keep with me at all times and i wore sunglasses and a hat.

so the answer to your question is so far the sun has not triggered a flare for me so maybe you should give it ago but i wouldn t go out if i was in a flare as im sure that would not be good.

lupus uk told me to go out and enjoy the nice weather but take lots of care.

good luck

debs

Hi...i have also been out and about to 'test; how the weather would affect me...ive creamed up on factor 50 and so far so good. ive tried to keep out during the hottest hours. i think being out in it has actually made me feel better...being stuck in the house when its so nice really does make me feel miserable! x

It could, but use factor 50 try not to go out between 12-3pm as when the Sun is at its hottest..

You could be reacting to the sunblock itself.
