Local groups

Hi all,

I live in south wales uk and was wondering if anyone goes to any groups? I am trying to find a group, with likeminded people where people listen and can share their experiences too. I feel people get fed up with me talking through my daily symptoms trying to work out what the day will bring or what I am able to do. Sometimes I just want to moan to someone else who understands and doesn’t roll their eyes.
