I'm so glad I saw all these posts. Even though it's like years later. I've had the breathing issue for so long and been trying to Google search my symptom but coming up empty handed. Do yall ever notice that when you do this extra breath, that you were also holding your stomach in as well? I also startle my child when I take my extra breath. He's like are you ok? I'm just like,ya, I'm just over here breathing lol . But I do notice I tend to do it more when I've been resting on the bed for too long. Or about to go to sleep. And I as well have depression and anxiety. So can it possibly be linked to it? Hope to hear back from one of you fantastic people!

Hello and thank you for posting! I’m not sure what you mean by the extra breath, but plenty of us on here have issues with breathing, as well as with depression and anxiety as you mentioned. Are you getting any help or treatment for the breathing issue? Hope you find some help here x
