Same here, had a lovely time sailing around the Greek islands and Malta. We were only home a week and have booked for the Carribbean next April. Going to use all clear again. The cruise was our first holiday in 4 years due to the pandemic so definitely felt it was worth it. I hope you have a wonderful time 🌹

We used post office insurance for my daughter. It was around £50 and it was easy to buy online and covered Lupus. She went to Norway for a week on a cruise. x

Hi Sandy,

I recently came back from a cruise and I used Freedom travel insurance. If you tell them you came from LUPUS UK (they are listed on their website) they give a percentage donation to LUPUS UK.

There is a list of insurers on their website here: lupusuk.org.uk/travel-insur...

Best wishes

Hi there, I have UCTD and because I had pleurisy recently I was categorised as having Lupus. (its the algorithum or some such) . I found Tesco insurance a good deal. I always read the insurer's reviews on trust pilot, the negative ones are illuminating! No point getting cheap insurance if the company has a poor record with claims. I have just got back from a trip to USA (not a cruise ) i hope that helps and enjoy your holiday!

Hi frog,

Did you manage to find an insurance company that caters for your health condition?

In case you do struggle with this, I have added a link below to a page on our website that has a list of companies to consider.

If you have already gone away, enjoy your holiday!

Warmest regards,

Michaella 😊
