soooo sorry hun. I did 16 years of therapy all over my dilapidated body. Gave up because the harder I worked to keep things held together the looser they got. Over here gotta be careful what you express however that may be or someone will take offense and kill ya.

I just keep my feelings to myself except when in an emergency.

Have you tried Epsom salts ankle/foot soaks??? Takes soreness out of tissues.

Soaking gauze in white vinegar right after a bruise occurs for about an hour will ease the soreness and help the blood reabsorb quicker. I tried it and worked great for me.

The stinky smell washed off easily.

Thanks for the suggestions EJ.i tore about 97% of my ATFL and some peroneal tendons in a fall in Dec...May need reconstruction surgery had steroid injections in it 2 weeks ago....Still in ankle brace with 1 crutch 🤦‍♀️.Sad you have to keep your feelings to yourself except here of course . Xx 🤗 xx

oh my goodness Sml…no a soak sure WONT fix that. So very sorry hun. Hope you start to recover asap. I’ve torn my tendons and ligaments in both ankles but no longer a surgery candidate. Just be careful with them.

Sure does hurt. I really empathize with you.

Oh that is so true, especially since my medications were changed. My rheumatologist always says where do you hurt? I always say let me tell you where doesn't instead it's quicker! Does everyone else hurt in every joint? Good morning everyone 😀 I hope the sun is shining where you are x

Morning . Yes the sun is shining here so a bbq is on the cards in the shade .Yes I'm like you there arnt many joints that don't ache or burn. One thing I know is...if I got in that position on the sofa don't think I could get out of it 😆

This is so true! Would love to have that on a t-shirt. Struggling at the moment but not seeing my rheumatologist until 19th June 😪 I then have respiratory on 27th. It was meant to be the 20th but hospital sent a letter of apology rescheduling it. June is a month of appointments 😧 At least here it is warmer without being too sunny. Xx 💐 🌸 🌹

SML. Totally relate. Pulled tendon in right foot to knee forget name of tendon/condition. Having PT where she is doing dry needling. Just started she says she has several tricks. I refused boot because on my left when I rolled my ankle

In 2016 my uneven walk affected my hip badly/bursitis. I have 2 pairs of gel ASICS which allow me to walk after I figure out how to get out of my couch lol. Thx for the laugh.

Pleased it made you smile. I spent 5 wks in a boot and 6 wks so far in splint. Pleased the gel asics help you walk with abit more comfort once you get off the couch 😁 xxx

empathy on the leg issue, still limping after grade 3 tear of two lower leg muscles, which I can’t spell, in October 2020 which meant no treatment due to lockdown. Limp is now permanent, limited to flat horrid shoes, aggravated arthritis in right knee and hip by limping. Developed Enthetitis at the injury site. Swimming physio has been a big help, I will be interested to know how the dry needling works, do let me know please.
