hi everyone, I am just wondering if anyone who has had rituximab experienced fast heart rate and palpitations after their infusions? And if so was it anything serious or how long did it take to go away? Thank you!!

Hi nada , I have just had second of 2 rituximab infusions ( i have been on this treatment for years ) , this time i am having mild palpitations tiredness and nausea. I don’t have it every time just every so often and it settles after 4-5days .
Everyone is different, if you are worried contact your rheumatology nurse, sorry im a bit late responding to your post. I hope you are feeling alot better now .
