To much I did yesterday and boy am I paying

I did 12 miles in steps for total day In the warmer weather. I did a 1.9 in the morning then afternoon. Then helped wife wit garden and when to tip twice.At. Night I sweat woke up with couldn't sort of breath proper.

Today I got ankle sore knee with some nerve under knee cap hurts. Groin ache and put hip ache on better leg. So tried to rest and do little walk today. All my ligament seem to nott want to cooperate with me in the legs. I just can't win. Why get so many problems that all started with groin then ankle etc etc. Would be better breaking an arm instead of feeling it all over your body.

Hello Minka. I'm sorry your suffering from overdoing it yesterday. It's awful isn't it when you just want to get on and do the things you love! Do what I do and just relax for a couple of days. Listen to your body.Hope you feel a bit better today. The sun is out where I am so that's a good start.

Hi syl yes but I tried to power wash this morning sat down .now been shopping knee both feet and ankles tingling like mad. I'm worse in the heat. I've got my orthotics in my shoes and them seem to make it worse. I whis I could go back 7 months and known what was to come my ligament feel like rocky string .and everytime I put my foot down my knee twists inwards. Hospital have not even given me an MRI on it. I know feel like I got one leg longer than other. Hard work
