Hi all, just wondering if anyone has used the PEMF mat (pulse electro-magnetic field) and if it has benefited them with their symptoms of lupus? I’ve had lupus for 4 years now but more recently, joint pains/hair loss and facial rash. Trying to find alternatives to get me through this.
