Odd reoccurring rash

On the diagnosis pathway. Just waiting for last Rhumy appt in May.

I get a malar rash in the sunlight. But I also get an odd rash on my face (red, not itchy, no raised) around my forehead/hairline, cheeks. Its not even in pattern, one side is worse than the other. I get it often after a shower. Its goes after an hour or so. Its not a face wash (dont use it) Shampoo and conditioner seem unilkely as its only my face, scalp, neck, shoulders are all unaffected.

Doesn't happen everything but fairly frequently.

Any ideas?
