Hey,

For me, cotton and wool socks together works best. Not when I'm stressed, but overall keeps it comfortable.

I have Reynaud’s, and I use a heating pad.

alpaca socks are the best try wearing knee length too as seems to improve circulation which in turn helps with the Raynauds

I have neuropathy from diabetes chemo and bad back my hands and feet are nearly always cold and painful I have bamboo or wool mix or cotton they help a lot I think it’s better to wear good thick soled trainers I tend to go for Sketchers.

I also have arthritis and fibromyalgia anything else that can be thrown my way. In boots I buy a size bigger.

So shop in the supermarkets.

I use Iomi brand diabetic socks (I'm not diabetic but find many socks squeeze the circulation, (not good with Raynaud's) and I pack the top of the sock (where toes are) with animal wool (can buy online). This really helps keep my toes warm. In this very cold weather I wear skechers fleecey slippers - the padded sole helps with the peripheral neuropathy I seem to be developing.

I go for thick and wooly socks. My mum got me some diabetic socks from America. We found some thick ones if aldi last Christmas. I also use hand warmers. I have raynauds on fingers to so I given some cotton gloves from the hospital. So I stick my hand warmers in my gloves and sometimes in my feet. I buy the hand warmers from amazon. I used to use hear patches and hot water bottles for my joints and back but they burn my skin..Take care
