Antibiotics ? Urgent request for help which ones are safe to use?

Hi, diagnosed in 2021 with SLE (scalp so far) bloods since all ok no change. Just use topical steroid on scalp. Currently got a cyst on shoulder - as I know I'm allergic to penicillin, and have reactions to tonnes of antibiotics going back 15 years (long before diagnosis).

Dermatologist used syringe or something to clean cyst yesterday - have to go back for daily dressings, I'm in a lot of pain (already was due to 'normal' musculur pain arthritis/osteoporosis etc) and lack of sleep... Just hoping that I don't need antibiotics and cyst isn't infected.. If I do could anyone let me know which ones are 'safe'?

Make it clear to your doctor which you can't use and they can check on their computer system - and check with the pharmacist who knows more about drugs than any GP or patient.
