I'm having real trouble walking on knee and ankle today and groin and back a bit feels really bad. Got podiatry tomorrow hope someone can help me.

I can’t remember the details of your journey but do you keep a diary of symptoms, level of discomfort? I have various stretches for my ankles that do ease not resolve pain. If you muscles are tight at your knee and ankle this will affect your back and vice versa. I have a monthly massage to release my neck, back, legs and ankles. But this has been okayed by physio/drs so check before you do it.

I have a foot spa which eases my ankles as well.
