Good morning cross2. Sadly yes I experience pain in the back of my shins every day. It is always worse at 6pm. Myositis is the cause of the heavy legs too. My best tip is to have a walk every morning or do some gentle stretches. I find I have less pain afterwards even though it is a struggle to do it. My consultant has advised me that this is really important as it will keep new moving and reduce the pain. I find it works for me. I am very fortunate to have an excellent consultant. I have just started my second six monthly dose of Riaxthon (Rituxumab) infusion - 2 lots next one 29th. I had the first infusion in June and it lasts 6 months. I found it helped me immensely. Good luck with the walking and do let me know how you get on. Best foot forward. Take care.🌻
