Hi,

Anyone else come off methatrexate for 2 weeks as per recomendations of the Vroom trial?

Yes I did. First time I did it it was my decision as wasn’t yet UK policy but was US, this last time it had become UK guidelines. Had a bit of a flare-up the first time but not this time round. So glad I did it as that was a month ago and husband has covid now so, while I wait to see if I catch it, at least I know I’ve got the most protection I can hope for.

I was advised to miss methotrexate for one week after having covid jabs, antibiotics and flu jab. I have been okay.

I haven`t had 5 covid jabs and loads of flu over the years and always been fine. Sometimes it`s a bit of mind over matter, Never stopped for antib`s either. xx

, yes, everytime for two weeks after, and finish antibiotics before starting metho again, not stayed off it for flu jab though x
