Recommendations for swimming cap

Hi all. I've recently started swimming again which I really love (and makes me feel so much better). However, I struggle to find a swimming cap which doesn't feel uncomfortable. I have an itchy/scratchy constitution anyway (highly sensitive person thing) but also get headaches and have general mild scalp sensitivity. Plus I have lots of hair (which I am pleased about as when I was diagnosed many years ago I was losing it).

A lot of the ones I've tried are too rigid/thick, or when they aren't, they aren't great at keeping your head dry (such as the one I'm currently using).

Thanks xxx πŸŠβ€β™‚οΈπŸŠβ€β™‚οΈπŸŠβ€β™‚οΈ

Hiya, may I suggest you look for a Silicone hat for long hair. You'll find them on Amazon. I have long thick hair and have lost loads but it still needs a hat that's soft and big enough to wear without it been too tight. I think you'll find this will help.

Thanks. I've tried looking at these but do you know a brand that is stretchy enough? They all feel too thick and unforgiving.

Try Speedo swimming hats for long hair.
