Please any cream recommendation for lupus butterfly 🦋 rashes?

I found Ava Estell fantastic. They often have deals on, so don't pay full price.

Also vit E oils and creams are good for me. But unfortunately I think its more about to get the inflammation under control to help with the rashes. My rashes are so much better during the summer months, it's taken 6+yrs to get to this point, however as soon as October hits I start getting my rashes and they last until March, but I suppose it'sbetter than having them all the time.

I've tried lots of products via the doctors but they just made everything worse, for me more natural simple products are better.

I’d use anything without perfume. E45 is what I find best. It may not feel quite so creamy as the more expensive brands but there’s no risk of exacerbating reactions. And it’s cheaper! Hope you find something good

Hi get the rashes on my face and they’re like a red mass over my cheeks and nose. The only that works for me is clarins sensitive beauty repair you only need a little and the bottle lasts ages. It takes the rash to unnoticeable. Hope you find something it used to get me down 🤞

I love epederm ointment when I get rashes . It’s not a miracle but it keeps face and neck moisturised . It can be bit greasy so maybe best to use at night . I didn’t get on with dermol500 and another rheumy said it can make rashes worse but some do like it x
