Good morning fellow spoonies!

l don't know where else to turn so I'm hoping someone here might be able to help.

I usually get my appointment letters through the patient digital portal and get a text notifying me that there's a new letter and I have to accept or decline the appointment.

However I'd been waiting on a follow up appointment with the Orthopaedic team and hadn't heard anything. Then I noticed in the NHS app that I had got an appointment but had not got a digital or hard copy letter. I rang the orthopaedic team and the appointment was correct. The person I spoke to said not to worry about not receiving a letter just to attend. However since then my physio letter in the portal has disappeared although the appointment still shows in my NHS app, my new rheumatology appointment has come through fine in the digital portal letters. And a new referal to the neurophysiology team has appeared in the NHS app and no letter again and I need to know which hospital and where to go so I need the letter.

Is anyone else having problems with the digital portal? Who did they contact for help
