Immune system with SLE

My daughter has SLE and her doctor lowers her immunity with the drug (Micofit/ Mycophenolas Mofetil )

The second doctor claims that we should raise the immunity.

There's a lot of disadvantages of Micofit.

So my question is does anyone take Micofit and know if we should be raising or lowering the immunity?

Hello, my son takes Mycophenolate mofetil and it has really helped manage his SLE. Everybody's circumstances are unique to them, but children tend to need the immune suppressants to effectively dampen down their over reactive immune system. My son takes 3ml (600mg) twice a day and thankfully has not had side effects.

Chociaż trochę się martwię, bo na ulotce leku jest napisane, że lek prowadzi do zmniejszenia liczby płytek krwi i leukocytów, co może powodować białaczkę. Nie wiem co robić.
