Hi
I have SLE osteo arthritis and other medical ast issues but over the few days not only do all my limbs hurt and my mouth is so dire I also have really sore and cracked sides to my fingers .Has anyone any ideas please

Sorry you feel so bad at the moment. I don’t really have solutions apart from heat pads which help my painful muscles and regular paracetamol.Try to get lots of rest too. Good luck and get well soon.
