Learning what a flare is!

So I’m new to this whole thing and have had bad anxiety for many years meaning I don’t actually no what is anxiety and what is a flare. I was ill days after my birthday in November and it lasted 6 weeks easily (felt like full on flu) my son also had it. Felt better for possibly two weeks and now I’m feeling crappy again (blocked nose, achy, sore nose, irritated throat) I unfortunately have a lot of stress in my life 2 disabled children, husband is extremely clinically vulnerable, I have infertility, anxiety, lupus and trying to run a business. My Dr always says to me no wonder I have anxiety lmao 🤣. I mean I’m guessing what I dealt with after my birthday was a flare as it went away but now it’s coming back (very stressed over the Xmas period) problem is my anxiety tells me it must be lung cancer or something along those lines. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks 😊

Have you done a Lateral flow test to check if you have Covid? As you have a young child and he also had it at the same time as you did. Obviously you have not recovered from it.but your son has as he is fit and healthy but as you have underlying conditions

Blimey what a lot you have on your plate, no wonder your feeling anxious, I don't know how anyone can cope with all that.

Its just my opinion but my belief is that there is a very thin line between mental and physical health, perhaps your body can't cope with all the strain your under.

Is there any one that could help in a practical sense?

This is 100% true. I make myself ill. I’ve unfortunately been through a lot when I sit back and look at it. I’ve had anxiety for years. With covid and everything I’m limited on who we can all be around

Treating my life long anxiety disorder is the best medical treatment I have ever had. I think treating an anxiety disorder is as important as treating a cancer. Please address your whole health by asking your GP for medical help with your anxiety. After treating your anxiety you most likely will suffer from less infections and flares. Immunity is directly linked to cortisol and high anxiety often precedes infections and lupus.,
