Can anyone help me with what is going on with my feet? Top image is on the bottom of my foot, the second bump on the toe is my other foot and the rash/bumps is on both feet. They hurt but don’t itch and they can stay for well over a Month

Cant give you any help with it, but I have been experiencing the same thing on sole of my feet comes and goes and can be very uncomfortable at times very painful. I do get similar on my hands as in not really itchy but painful like little nerve ends, wished i knew the answer but just have to put it down to another of the weird things this horrible condition does to me, so if nothing else know you are not alone. Lol
Yeah I’m exactly the same I dunno if it’s the Raynaud’s or something because I am struggling with keeping my feet warm since the change of weather. They keep getting these dry/spotty patches but the mark on the bottom of my foot I had one on my toe too but the photo doesn’t really do it justice. I’ve never really had issues with my feet until I was diagnosed with lupus and Raynaud’s apart from the pain and circulation issues. Maybe it is due to them being cold but I’m not sure at all, might speak to my nurse about it see what they say
Maybe is raynauds as affects me too but I'm at stage now after 20+ years of it all and the new things that fling up just learn to accept it as part of life now, will find out shortly once weather cools down.
