Hair lose confused

Totaly confused !

I have had hair lose since emotional trauma since at 25..

It took a string of event to bering me to be diagnosed about 3 years of ago. First they said I had lupus an this made my hair fall out. Then they said I don't have lupus and no evidence of inflammation under my scalp.......my hair lose was physalogical and put me in the sjogruns box. People with autoimmune often say they have hair lose.......so what's going on with me ??? 😖
