Hair thining and breaking

Hi

Since beind diagnosed with lupus in april and taking the meds my hair is so brittle and falls out loads (i defo think its mycro) I did notice a bold patch back in april but thankfully thats growing back now. I just find the hair falling out annoying as i cant wear it out anymore incase it drops in some ones food etc and were constantly hoovering aswell. I had such beautiful hair now its breaking and uneven.

Has anyone tried

Biotin from holland and barratts?

Caffine shampoos?

Any opinions ?

This will get better right ?

I have a full head of hair but its broken hair and you can see my scalp more at the front. Ive cut it short but literally so lifelife looks awful.

Biotin is a hair/nails vitamin

Caffine shampoos are inexpensive aswell

Its weird because my lashes and eyebrows are getting thicker and my hair on my head is falling. Cant win.

I have told my consultant about it he says it will get worse before it gets better. 🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️
