Kidney Biopsy

My consultant called today with Kidney biopsy results to tell me they didn't get enough as the procedure had to be stopped due to a bleed. So I need to have all done again and I'll have to start the waiting list again which took 5 months to get a biopsy date through in first place what a kick in the teeth 😭

I am so sorry Zeberdee. I would be so angry. It’s their fault so shouldn’t they be the ones to take responsibility and get a sooner date? You can’t be running around with bad kidneys for a few more months. That sounds ridiculous. Please let us know when the next date is and how you are getting along. Sending hugs. ❤️xx

So sorry to hear this, I have had a kidney biopsy myself while I was in hospital, it must be awful to have to go through it all again, I don't think it's fair to make you wait for the next one I would definitely have a word with the hospital to bring the appointment forward and tell them your worry about having to wait this long, hoping that it all works out and goes well for you xx
