Lupus Flare after vaccine?

Hi, four weeks since second AZ jab and I feel a slight flare. Mainly incredible itching (head) though fatigue hit me yesterday too. I’m sure this happened after first jab too but didn’t take notice. The itching is just how my first SLE started, many years ago now. Hopefully this will pass quickly.

I had both Pfizer vaccines in dec and January through my work. The first one made my joint pain horrific. It was so bad I almost contemplated calling in to work (12 hour clinical shift the next day). Mainly in my left hip. I reported it by the yellow card adverse reaction scheme and it settled down to just my usual pain after a couple of days 😂 still, happy to be vaccinated though!

Hope you’re noticing some improvement soon! Do you have opportunity to take a couple of days easy to help it pass?
