Menopause and brain fog

On the subject of brain fog, the menopause wiped out my memory and I found it difficult to remember basic and key things at work and home! Thankfully I’m now retired and have all day to remember 😃

I have found high strength algae oil helps me hugely with this.

Hey stillsdisease, I also had struggled with brain fog but mine came about from night sweats which woke me up all night. I would get a weird headache just before them. Tried THC drops which helped at first then didn’t. When I quit them my memory improved. I quit caffeine also and the sweats improved. Still not sleeping very well so started Gabapentin for hormonal symptoms. I read this in a woman’s health book instead of taking estrogen. I sleep great now and neck pain is improving also.

I am neutropenic from the meds I’ve taken over the years so only take BPP now since I became Neutropenic but this seems to work for me. 6 years now. Unfortunately I have a mild covid I believe my husband brought home and I was 2 days from getting my first vaccine shot. He got his a month before but still caught it. This has messed me up a bit with brain fog again but time will tell.

Good luck .
