Pfizer vaccine good news(?)

This seems to be good news about the efficacy of the Pfizer vaccine after one dose. I added the question mark because I have a slight worry about whether this will apply to autoimmune people - but in general (regardless of that) it is good news. The fewer people who can catch and transmit Covid the better!
