Low sats anyone?

Good morning you lovely people. I just wanted to ask do any of you suffer with low sats? Iv had a year from hell lol. I lost 4.5 stone last year was dreadfully I'll. Then September this last year I suddenly got fat! Bloated iv now put on 5 stone! So thought oh it's steroids but I'd been on 20mg since March. Then 10mg for 3 years. But really quickly. I look like a hamster a red one. Lol. But my says drop really low like to 82.!! 93 92. But this is when I'm doing very little. Like getting dressed very slowly walking upstairs, walking to the kitchen (9feet away). The gp went crazy and told me to ring an ambulance bla bla. However as soon as I lie down my says come back to 98,97 after about say 15 or 30 minutes. So I don't want to ring an ambulance because when they get here my sats will be back to normal. And I'll waste their time. So Is this a normal thing with lupus and sjrogens? My body is doing all sorts of weird things all my bloods are off. Electrolytes are off I'm dehydrated. Blood and protein in urine. Ferritin essay, ca125 up and rising. Blood pressure rising, collesteral high, white cells are large? Sugars are high. Calpractin levels high. F.i.t test high. And that's just what I can think of lol. But all my physical tests colonoscopy, arthroscopy?,ct scan, ovarian scans all clear?. I'm awaiting epedeemiologist and rheumatologist appointments now and having a dexa scan tomorrow morning.

Any ideas anyone as to low sats?? Is it a lupus thing? Oh and of course the aches and exhaustion oh god the exhaustion!! I have never done so little in all my life!! Best hugs (gentle ones of course) for everyone.

Nikki p.s I know I am naughty but 4 weeks ago I got so swollen I just couldn't do it anymore so (I know I know I can hear you all shouting at me already) but I droped my steroids from 20to 10mg over night! I know I know. But I felt like I was going to expload! I couldn't smile without my eyes closing and I was so red and hot and my 2year old granddaughter didn't know who I was. So I did it. Anyway go on fire away 😉😁🤗💜
