1st time out of the home an important day.

Hi everyone, hope you're all keeping well.

Well I actually left my home Saturday the 1st time since last March. I felt extremely anxious and had fluttering in my stomach. I managed not to have a full blown panic attack though 🙂 which I normally have when anxious. The reason for going was extremely important 🤔 and 1 I'd been looking forward to but also dreading.

I had my 1st Covid vaccination 😀 My arm hurt all day Sunday, it felt heavy and hurt when moving it but it'll stop in a day or 2.

How wonderful. It was, as you say, an extremely important reason for popping out. I'm thrilled that you were able to overcome your anxiety. Let's hope that soon, we will all be popping out for the most trivial of reasons - gosh, such freedoms seem such a long time ago. Here's to your second jab. xx

That’s brilliant - well done - the first time I went out I was extremely anxious 😟 but it gets better the more you get out - not that I’m going anywhere mind you other to walk the dogs - take care x
