Anaphylatic Shock Episode

Hi all, I had a severe allergic reaction to a voltaren tablet this week resulting in Anaphylatic Shock ( trip to emergency dept). I have been a work in progress patient with suspected Lupus since Oct 2019 in Uk . I am in Dubai where my son lives so have been to see a Rheumatologist here.... having seen my initial blood tests he said you have Lupus without question until proven otherwise 🤷‍♀️.... shocked that I have had no medication to date..... I took a Voltaren to reduce inflammation in my body..... not sure if having Lupus has a higher risk of Anaphylatic Shock.... has anyone else experienced this situation?
