Looks relaxing - an Alpaca head massage whilst meditating! 😂😂 I bet the young man was trying hard not to laugh.🤣 I have an alpaca cushion which is SO cuddly and comforting and smells lovely too. Wonderful creatures. Thanks for the giggle Misty. 🤗😘

Glad you liked it Spotty, I've often wondered what their wool is like so its lovely to learn how warm and cuddly they are!. I love their expressions. This Alpaca Yoga is becoming a 'thing' as it was also highlighted on Paul O'grady's Kent program and it was hilarious!.

Thought we could all do with a giggle this week.

As long as the Alpaca yoga isn’t like the goat yoga where they walk on your back! Ouch, I think an alpaca might be a bit too heavy for that. I’ll just stick to my ordinary yoga I think.😁 But yes, their wool is luxuriously soft and comforting and I love the lanolin smell too.🥰 Looking forward to Strictly and your e-mail.👍🏻 Enjoy the rest of the weekend Misty! 🤗😘

I use alpaca as well as sheep’s wool in felting but as it is so fine it is harder work but lovely wool. They say if you are allergic to sheep’s wool, which a nice jumper can make you itch, you will not be allergic to alpaca wool as non allergic. I bought the wool of two alpacas last year , their full shave , then washed and dried in the summer , it is soooooo soft 👍xx

Glad you liked it weathervane. Rather zany these different crazes for yoga!. I can't see goat yoga being that relaxing either. Ill look out for his advert as haven't seen it. I did see on Countryfile an item about paddleboard yoga. Wasnt easy balancing on the board!. Ha!. I think it will go back to classic yoga soon but it gives us a much needed smile doesn't it?.

Hope your treatment went well and you'll feel better soon. Hope you get those injections before xmas.

Hi misty 😀 , I got a call from rheumy department on Friday evening, ive app next Friday for joint injection in hip and thumb , i was really surprised. So glad , im lying with leg on pillow at the moment, i had to take emergency tramadol as my hip is so painful. How are things progressing with yourself?

Im so glad weathervane you're getting those injections. Especially as your suffering so much. I had a letter from the hospital saying ive been put in the routine category for my op . All ops been re-classified because of covid. I doubt ill get it this winter now. They give an email address which im going to write to and say how im suffering.

Im also going to be in touch with Rheumy this week as still flaring after flu jab. It just is neverending thanks for asking. Ill think of you next week.

Oh misty, that’s miserable, you must be so annoyed as you have been on the list for a year now , or is it longer? Can your gp or rheumy do anything to help? This flare is lasting a long time , its good you will be speaking to your rheumy this week . How is your toe , has it settled down, could the inflammation there be connected to your flare ?Look after yourself and stay safe , 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻you will get some help from rheumy xxxx🤗🤗🤗

Thank you weathervane for your lovely message. I do appreciate your support. Its a year in jan since ive been waiting, it feels much longer because ive had the problem two years in April. It took so long trying things and orthapaedics wondering what to do with it. Im going to email the appt's dept about it as it does feel unfair although they say they take waits into account. Nothing to lose i feel. Im also speaking to my gp this week to try noratriptyline again at the lowest dose and will get Rheumy help too so ive lots to keep me going.

Its so full on and inbetween im trying to do xmas cards and got to contact our phone company as we're on the wrong tariff. Cant wait for xmas to do nothing. How are you getting on?. Will you have to choose between your sons who can visit like it is in England?. Thats so hard.

Strictly was intense and emotional this week. Musicals week will be lovely won't it?.

You are going though a difficult time at the moment with one thing on top of another 🙁. I hope things will start to pick up and improve.You are more organised than me , I haven’t bought Christmas cards yet . I have two of my sons at home now so my other boy will be able to join us for Christmas. I will have to get myself in the mood for Christmas for them , it’s difficult this year though .

I did really enjoy strictly, i love the sparkle, the costumes and the music. The dancers are all really good this year, i miss Bruno though, pity he can’t make it back.
