Hot feet and dodgy knees!!

Hi everyone.... I’ve been on hydroxychoroquine for 3 months now, which has massively helped with the tiredness and exhaustion. My main problem is still my knees - prednisone clearly doesn’t help (I’ve had four three week courses over three months) so no point going back on them. My knees can be really good (like yesterday) but then so bad today I struggle to do any stairs, and even going to the bathroom difficult. I just don’t get the inconsistency of lupus??? It’s been like this for months and it’s driving me mad!!! And can I also please ask about hot feet, especially at night? That also drives me crazy !!

Yes hot feet at night my feet are hanging out the bed I am on hydroxychoroquine to 200mg day

Hi I’ve had Lupus for almost 5 years now and the only thing to have helped my knees is a cortisone injection into the knee , although the last one the GP did and he didn’t do it in the right place so have 1 very painful knee although like you I have good and bad days with them - unfortunately that’s the thing with lupus you never know how you will be from 1 day till the next.
